Salty is an informal term for decks likely to frustrate opponents through oppressive locks, resource denial, theft, repeated extra turns, or other effects that some playgroups dislike.
Cards such as Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger, Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, and mass land destruction often earn the label. What actually counts as salty depends heavily on the expectations and power level of the group playing.
