Villainous choice is a Doctor Who mechanic that makes an opponent choose between two bad outcomes. The opponent being tormented gets to decide which effect happens, forcing the deck to make both options unpleasant.
Davros can repeatedly present villainous choices after opponents lose enough life, while several Masters of Evil cards use the mechanic to mix sacrifice, damage, discard, and other punishments.
