What does Jank mean in Magic?

Jank describes decks built around unusual, inefficient, fragile, or impractical ideas. Winning is certainly welcome, but proving that an absurd interaction actually works is often at least half the point.

A jank deck might try to win with Happily Ever After or Barren Glory, assemble an unnecessarily elaborate infinite combo, or make a forgotten bulk rare the star of the show. The best jank usually has a real plan; it's simply a plan the typical player would not have chosen first.
