Rebels are a creature type famous for Mercadian Masques-era creatures that search your library for additional Rebels and put them directly onto the battlefield. One small Rebel can therefore recruit progressively more useful creatures without requiring them to be drawn naturally.
Lin Sivvi, Defiant Hero both searches for Rebels and recycles them from the graveyard, while Defiant Vanguard can double as creature removal. Generic typal support can supplement a tribe whose strongest mechanical identity comes from its own recruitment chain.
