What is power-up in Magic?
Power-up is an activated ability from Marvel Super Heroes that can only be activated once. Its cost is reduced by the creature's mana cost if it entered this turn, so you can cast a creature and power it up in the same turn for a bit more mana.
Hulk, Gamma Goliath gets five +1/+1 counters from his own power-up and makes your other power-up abilities cost {3} less. Thanos, the Mad Titan wipes away every other creature with odd or even mana value, while Captain Marvel, Earth's Protector becomes indestructible.
