Value Vintage is a community-created 60-card Constructed format designed to capture Vintage-style deck building without Vintage's enormous financial barrier. The format uses the Vintage banned and restricted list but places a $30 limit on the deck.
That budget dramatically changes which supposedly broken cards are actually available, encouraging players to hunt for inexpensive interactions and overlooked strategies rather than relying on the sheer strength of the Power Nine.
