What are Wizards in Magic?

• Azami, Lady of Scrolls
• Naban, Dean of Iteration
• Harmonic Prodigy

Wizards are one of Magic's largest creature types and are particularly concentrated in blue. Wizard decks commonly emphasize instants and sorceries, card draw, activated abilities, and complicated interactions.

Sage of Fables combines Wizards with +1/+1 counters and card draw, while Naban doubles many enter-the-battlefield triggers from Wizards. Riptide Laboratory can repeatedly return valuable Wizards to your hand for protection or reuse.
