Incubate X creates an Incubator token with X +1/+1 counters on it. The token begins as a noncreature artifact and can be transformed for two mana into a 0/0 Phyrexian artifact creature, allowing decks to build threats before they're actually creatures.
Brimaz, Blight of Oreskos repeatedly incubates as you cast Phyrexian or artifact creature spells, while Elesh Norn can fill a board with Incubators through her transformed Saga. Counter and artifact synergies both work naturally with the tokens.
