What are Rat Colony decks in Magic?

Rat Colony allows a deck to contain any number of copies despite normal deck building restrictions. Each copy gains additional power for every other Rat you control, making an increasingly large swarm its own typal payoff.

Marrow-Gnawer can sacrifice one Rat to produce substantially more, while Thrumming Stone can potentially cast numerous Rat Colonies from one spell.
