Isperia's Incrutable Hand

{"ops":[{"insert":"This deck tries to offer a fresh take on an old classic, "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Isperia the Inscrutable"}},{"insert":", by reinventing the way we use her final ability. While Isperia is traditionally used to tutor up a strong board of Flying creatures to put into play, I wanted to take advantage of a very particular wording on her ability, and one I wouldn't necessarily expect to see in modern, faster-paced Commander designs: "},{"attributes":{"bold":true},"insert":"rather than being tutored onto the battlefield, cards grabbed with Isperia remain in her owner's hand"},{"insert":". This actually allows the deck to take advantage of multiple abilities that activate right from our hands, to get value without even needing to put things on the board.\n\nThe star of the show is Forecast, letting us reveal the card from our hand for value. The two main value pieces are "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Sky Hussar"}},{"insert":" and "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Pride of the Clouds"}},{"insert":", who can reveal themselves on each of our turns for repeated card draw or tokens, respectively.
