You want to play Taniwha and immediately donate it to an (unwilling) player. The turn after you play Taniwha, it phases out during the beginning of the controlling player's untap step (since it has the phasing keyword). On the controlling player's next unkeep, Taniwha will phase in at which point all of the lands will phase out. Taniwha has situational use against a player running land destruction in their deck so it's situationally helpful and really there to cause more chaos than harm. If you really wanted to be contrarian, you could keep Taniwha and play your own copy of Armageddon to really salt the other player's melons.
