I started out using this deck as a ~80% proxied version with every expensive tutor and as many expensive really good artifacts as I could find. It wasn't very good. So, to the end of making a deck which will function well and will be fun to play while also being affordable in my nearly-broke state, I have come up with this $20 budget list. As of the time of writing I have not bought these cards yet, but in the coming month when my budget renews and I have some cash to spend again I will purchase these cards and play with a commander deck that I actually own all of the cards to for the first time in a long time.\n\n\tI have started buying cards using store credit at my LGS, though I have run out. In July I will have more pocket money and will continue to buy cards. We're getting closer!\n\n I have finally gotten in all of the cards in the main deck. I made a few swaps in and out of the maybeboard based on observations made in the past month or so. I'll consider the description of the deck done, and all further updates will be reflected in the comments.\n"}]}
