{"ops":[{"insert":"Couple made me think of a lot of different deck ideas. Couple like a relationship? What about a deck built around shipping? This in turn led me to my first idea of picking a pair of partners with a focus on a maritime theme. But couple also means twos — so my deck is built entirely of even mana value cards, using Gyruda (a Kraken, fitting the aquatic flavor as well) as the companion. So I chose Thrasios (the merfolk) and Francisco (the pirate) as my commanders. Upon doing so, I realized that these two fit half of the requisite creature types for the Throne of the Grim Captain, another even-mana-valued card that synergized with Francisco's and Gyruda's milling. So while the deck has some typical self-mill reanimator payoffs, the true victory comes from summoning the Grim Captain themself! Thanks for taking a look!\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"Welcome Travelers! \n\nThis budget deck, led by the pair Nakari, Lair Scavenger and her puppy: Yannik, Scavenging sentinel, looks to take you on an adventure as you explore the depths of the dungeon. It leverages all of the dungeon cards in Abzan, alongside Yannik's ability to exile and re-trigger ETB's to gain a constant stream of value. It also uses Initiative to continue dungeon activities while also introducing an interactive mechanic to the table that supports the secondary beatdown plan.\n\nThe gameplan is super simple, ramp on 1/2 to play a small creature on 2 or one of the dungeon or initiative cards on 2/3 to start gaining value, with Yannik following to start pocketing creatures to continue the adventures later. while putting counters on the stragglers to prepare them for the dangers of the field. With 3 dungeons to pick from you're able to pick the one that best suit your tastes., weather you want good value over time, or a quick completion to turn some cards online, eventually we'll aim to complete them all to allow for a storied finish with Ellywick Tumblestrum. \n\n"}]}
