{"ops":[{"insert":"This deck is almost all spells that have alternative costs such as paying life, sacrificing permanents, returning permanents to hand, or other situational costs, as well as things that just cost zero. There are a few things in the deck that don't have alternative costs, mainly the commander, she was chosen for colors and card selection and draw because it is so easy to accidentally empty your hand when it is full of free spells. The only real win con in the deck is using a tidespout tyrant loop and impact tremors or the tooth of chiss goria to deal infinite damage to your opponents. However, because so many of the cards in the deck require returning lands to hand or sacrificing them the only real way to play tidespout tyrant is to put him into the graveyard either off of entomb or Marchesa's ability and reanimate him. \n\nMy favorite thing about this deck is how interactive it is and how different it plays from normal magic with all of costs being things other than mana so it it much more about managing resources. No matter what happens you are basically never tapped out. \n\nThis deck was automatically tagged as bracket 4 because of the tidespout tyrant and mox amber/mox opal \"two card\" infinite combos but considering the amount of hoops you have to jump through and other prerequisites that are required to get anything out of this combo I definitely think that this is a bracket 3 deck and it is definitely a late game combo and is the only real way that this deck can close out the game and the only reason I added the combo was because the first few games I played with this deck were just drawn out slogs because of how interactive this deck is, it was really good at stopping other players from winning but quite bad at winning itself. Plus with only playing tidespout tyrant from the graveyard it really fits with the theme of the deck.\n"}]}
Commander
Marchesa, Dealer of Death
Whenever you commit a crime, you may pay . If you do, look at the top two cards of your library. Put one of them into your hand and the other into your graveyard. (Targeting opponents, anything they control, and/or cards in their graveyards is a crime.)
