Partly because this is on a budget, for consistent blink enablers we basically only have "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Conjurer's Closet"}},{"insert":" if we don't want to do extra work. This works out fine enough because we have a wizards package and "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Transit Mage"}},{"insert":" can go grab the conjurer's closet and then be blinked again to get a "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Solemn Simulacrum"}},{"insert":" which we can blink to help us ramp to 10 mana.\nWe also have some blink enablers that require some extra work. These are "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Ghostly Flicker"}},{"insert":" and friends, which just require us to have an "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Archaeomancer"}},{"insert":" effect on board, and my favorite "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Escape Protocol"}},{"insert":" . Escape protocol plays decently well with the archaeomancer effects and "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Spellseeker"}},{"insert":" , basically turning into an activated ability of 2 mana draw a card.\n\nOnce we have enacted the A plan, we come to trying to win the game. Locking down our opponents creatures is all fine and dandy, but it doesn't really progress our gameplan all that much unless we have large creatures of our own. This is why we have weaved in a "},{"insert":{"card-link":"High Tide"}},{"insert":" combo plan. The plan is to cast high tide 3 times by setting back to the top of our library with "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Mystic Sanctuary"}},{"insert":" . Then, we use Ghostly Flicker to blink mystic sanctuary and a card draw source like "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Cryogen Relic"}},{"insert":" . This will net us mana and potentially draw us through our deck. Once we have infinite mana, we can establish an infinite draw engine using "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Whispers of the Muse"}},{"insert":" or "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Azure Mage"}},{"insert":" . I chose not to include the other half of the typical pickles combo because I thought it would be a bit more interesting that way.\n\nAll of these plans are woven together with the inclusion of a robust tutor suite that tutors for specific parts of the engine at a time (this is blue, we don't have access to the unconditional black tutors) and the inclusion of powerstones for ramp. Powerstones let us pay for the Monstrosity of the Lake's trigger as well as pay for morph flip costs and cycling costs.\n"}]}
