I played from Revised to Mirage and then picked it up again at Dominaria United. \n\nThere are around 10 people in our pod, with the same 3 of us showing up every time and rarely more than 5 of us at any point. My pod plays friendly bracket 3 and 4. We play at least once a week.\n\nThe general group politic is no stax, denial, mill, discard, and limited control or removal. It's not a hard rule, and people play what they want, with no rule 0 bans, but ultimately we play for fun, not to win. With that said, one of the guys does play competitive, and one probably could if they wanted to, so it is a balancing act of fun and friendly, and not getting your ass kicked. Typically most game plans are go wide so as not to pick on anyone. \n\nI say all of that so when you look at my decks you understand that yes, they could be more competitive with more focused win cons, but we play for turn 8-10 win, not turn 1-3.
