{"ops":[{"insert":"Brewed since the spoiler, played and tweaked till it got smooth as butter! \n v7.3.8 🗣️\n\n\nCan easily be built with $100-$150 and keep the same core. Lands and most of the pricier cards are my upgrades after enjoying gameplay with the budget version. Currently plays at a low bracket 3 because the deck oozes synergy, but doesn’t have gamechangers or easy combos so it’s up for discussion.\n\n\n\nClement is a tempo deck. Slaps if you can protect your draw engines, frogs jumping. Midgame draw and creatures that are just good enough to absorb offense while interaction keeps opponents on their toes. Self-bounce and replay the value pieces to generate ramp and draw; it’s a mana-intensive plan but tapping frogs with Clement helps get there. Late game is drawing into more beaters, value shenanigans, or playing Twenty-Toed Toad and looping draw as a backup win condition (Zegana). Long River Lurker can 1v1 a player with the commander out but does take a few turns to close out a game (best with bad Koma). Cultivator Colossus is the most recent include, seems good as a top-end ETB but will take some play testing to confirm the slot over Craterhoof or another finisher.\n\nInteraction is mostly frog-esque and geared towards stopping opponents or continuing The Plan™️, adjust to your games as needed. I’ve been considering cutting 1-3 removal options to set bracket 2 in stone and add a bit more flavor back in, or retool the finishing package for a more convincing B3 (Cloudstone looks sweet). \n\nThere’s room for any of your favorite cards to fit in because it’s intentionally got some flex slots. The category \n counts and card choices have been tuned over many games already so I’d recommend being thoughtful if making swaps. I’m pretty happy with the power level for the commander choice; I’ve tried a beefed up version but it turns into any other simic combo or +1/+1 pile that wants something better in the Zone; Clement is most fun with some extra breathing room.\n\nFor upgrades, the deck yearns for extra blink or being a bit more toolbox-y with creature tutors, and may want a rework of the mana base eventually. \n\nFrogs still need support and a lot didn’t make the cut, I leaned away from going all out tribal but kept enough to use Clement’s ramp consistently. Throw in whatever ETB triggers and support you want, as long as you build with mana curve in mind for the bounce effect it’ll work - there are definitely some bangers I left out!\n\nShoutout Pendelhaven.\n\n Bonus points if you can find the 5-card-17-mana lifegain loop!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n🐸 NOTE: Next test is tweaking lands for more forests to do Roiling Canopy things - 🔺 documented in the Maybeboard.\n"}]}
