Commander
Menace At the beginning of your end step, create a 3/3 black Dalek artifact creature token with menace if an opponent lost 3 or more life this turn. Then each opponent who lost 3 or more life this turn faces a villainous choice — You draw a card, or that player discards a card.
Dalek Syn.
Creatures you control are artifacts in addition to their other types. The same is true for creature spells you control and creature cards you own that aren't on the battlefield. Whenever you cast an artifact spell, you lose 1 life and create a 2/2 black Necron Warrior artifact creature token.
Creature tokens you control have haste. At the beginning of combat on your turn, create a 2/1 blue Phyrexian Myr artifact creature token. Then you may choose a token you control. If you do, each other token you control becomes a copy of that token.
Nonlegendary artifact creatures you control have myriad. (Whenever a creature with myriad attacks, for each opponent other than defending player, you may create a token that's a copy of that creature that's tapped and attacking that player or a planeswalker they control. Exile the tokens at end of combat.)
This spell costs {1} less to cast for each artifact you control. When Emry, Lurker of the Loch enters the battlefield, mill four cards. {T}: Choose target artifact card in your graveyard. You may cast that card this turn. (You still pay its costs. Timing rules still apply.)
(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after IV.) I, II, III — Create a 3/3 black Dalek artifact creature token with menace for each lore counter on Genesis of the Daleks. IV — Target opponent faces a villainous choice — Destroy all Dalek creatures and each of your opponents loses life equal to the total power of Daleks that died this turn, or destroy all non-Dalek creatures.
Menace Command Protocols — Other artifact creatures you control get +1/+0 and have menace. Unearth {2}{B} ({2}{B}: Return this card from your graveyard to the battlefield. It gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step or if it would leave the battlefield. Unearth only as a sorcery.)
Creature and planeswalker spells you cast have affinity for artifacts. (They cost {1} less to cast for each artifact you control.) +2: Tezzeret, Master of the Bridge deals X damage to each opponent, where X is the number of artifacts you control. You gain X life. −3: Return target artifact card from your graveyard to your hand. −8: Exile the top ten cards of your library. Put all artifact cards from among them onto the battlefield.
When The Cyber-Controller enters the battlefield, each opponent mills X cards. Put all creature cards milled this way onto the battlefield face down under your control. They're 2/2 Cyberman artifact creatures. Other artifact creatures you control get +1/+1.
Affinity for Daleks (This spell costs {1} less to cast for each Dalek you control.) Other Daleks you control have haste. At the beginning of combat on your turn, each opponent faces a villainous choice — That player sacrifices a creature they control, or you create a 3/3 black Dalek artifact creature token with menace.
Flying Dynastic Codes — When Triarch Praetorian enters the battlefield from a graveyard, you draw two cards and you lose 2 life. Unearth {4}{B} ({4}{B}: Return this card from your graveyard to the battlefield. It gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step or if it would leave the battlefield. Unearth only as a sorcery.)
Draw
You may look at the top card of your library any time. You may play lands and cast spells from the top of your library. If you cast a spell this way, pay life equal to its mana value rather than pay its mana cost. {T}, Sacrifice ten nonland permanents: Each opponent loses 10 life.
Flying Atomic Transmutation — {1}, {T}, Sacrifice another artifact: Draw a card. Unearth {2}{B} ({2}{B}: Return this card from your graveyard to the battlefield. It gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step or if it would leave the battlefield. Unearth only as a sorcery.)
Whenever a creature deals combat damage to one of your opponents, its controller may pay 1 life. If they do, they draw a card. {4}{B}{B}{B}, Discard X cards: Exile the top X cards of target opponent's library. You may play lands and cast spells from among cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs.
At the beginning of your end step, put an influence counter on Palantír of Orthanc and scry 2. Then target opponent may have you draw a card. If that player doesn't, you mill X cards, where X is the number of influence counters on Palantír of Orthanc, and that player loses life equal to the total mana value of those cards.
Interact
Whenever Armix, Filigree Thrasher attacks, you may discard a card. When you do, target creature defending player controls gets -X/-X until end of turn, where X is the number of artifacts you control plus the number of artifact cards in your graveyard. Partner (You can have two commanders if both have partner.)
Flash First strike, vigilance Whenever an opponent casts a creature spell, Weeping Angel isn't a creature until end of turn. If Weeping Angel would deal combat damage to a creature, prevent that damage and that creature's owner shuffles it into their library.
Land
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control three or more artifacts, you gain 1 life. {T}: Add {C}. {4}, {T}, Sacrifice Inventors' Fair: Search your library for an artifact card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle. Activate only if you control three or more artifacts.
Ramp
{T}: Add {U}. {2}{U}: Put an hour counter on Midnight Clock. At the beginning of each upkeep, put an hour counter on Midnight Clock. When the twelfth hour counter is put on Midnight Clock, shuffle your hand and graveyard into your library, then draw seven cards. Exile Midnight Clock.
Maybeboard
Enchant creature card in a graveyard When Animate Dead enters the battlefield, if it's on the battlefield, it loses "enchant creature card in a graveyard" and gains "enchant creature put onto the battlefield with Animate Dead." Return enchanted creature card to the battlefield under your control and attach Animate Dead to it. When Animate Dead leaves the battlefield, that creature's controller sacrifices it. Enchanted creature gets -1/-0.
The first nonlegendary artifact spell you cast each turn has casualty 2. (As you cast it, you may sacrifice a creature with power 2 or greater. When you do, copy it. A copy of an artifact spell becomes a token.) Whenever you sacrifice another creature, put a +1/+1 counter on Ashad, the Lone Cyberman.
You may have Auton Soldier enter the battlefield as a copy of any creature on the battlefield, except it isn't legendary, is an artifact in addition to its other types, and has myriad. (Whenever it attacks, for each opponent other than defending player, you may put a token that's a copy of this creature onto the battlefield tapped and attacking that player or a planeswalker they control. Exile the tokens at end of combat.)
Myriad (Whenever this creature attacks, for each opponent other than defending player, you may create a token that's a copy of this creature that's tapped and attacking that player or a planeswalker they control. Exile the tokens at end of combat.) Whenever Banshee of the Dread Choir deals combat damage to a player, that player discards a card.
At the beginning of your precombat main phase, choose one or more — • Sell Contraband — Create a Treasure token. You lose 1 life. • Buy Information — Draw a card. You lose 2 life. • Hire a Mercenary — Create a 3/2 colorless Shapeshifter creature token with changeling. You lose 3 life. (It has every creature type.)
(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after IV.) I, III — Choose target creature. Its owner shuffles it into their library, then investigates. (They create a Clue token.) II, IV — Create a 2/2 black Alien Angel artifact creature token with first strike, vigilance, and "Whenever an opponent casts a creature spell, this permanent isn't a creature until end of turn."
+2: Discard up to two cards, then draw that many cards. −2: Sacrifice an artifact. If you do, return target artifact card from your graveyard to the battlefield. −10: You get an emblem with "Whenever an artifact is put into your graveyard from the battlefield, return that card to the battlefield at the beginning of the next end step." Each opponent faces a villainous choice — They exile cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card, then you may cast that card without paying its mana cost, or that player exiles the top four cards of their library and Ensnared by the Mara deals damage equal to the total mana value of those exiled cards to that player.
When Gallifrey Council Chamber enters the battlefield, surveil 1. (Look at the top card of your library. You may put that card into your graveyard.) {T}: Add {C}. {T}: Add one mana of any color. Spend this mana only to cast a Time Lord or Alien spell or activate an ability of a Time Lord or Alien.
When Goblin Engineer enters the battlefield, you may search your library for an artifact card, put it into your graveyard, then shuffle. {R}, {T}, Sacrifice an artifact: Return target artifact card with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Multi-threat Eliminator — Hexmark Destroyer can't be blocked except by six or more creatures. Unearth {4}{B}{B} ({4}{B}{B}: Return this card from your graveyard to the battlefield. It gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step or if it would leave the battlefield. Unearth only as a sorcery.)
As Icon of Ancestry enters the battlefield, choose a creature type. Creatures you control of the chosen type get +1/+1. {3}, {T}: Look at the top three cards of your library. You may reveal a creature card of the chosen type from among them and put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
Phaeron — Whenever one or more artifact cards leave your graveyard, create two 2/2 black Necron Warrior artifact creature tokens. Grand Strategist — At the beginning of combat on your turn, another target artifact creature you control gets +2/+2 and gains menace until end of turn.
Whenever you cast an artifact, instant, or sorcery spell, copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy. This ability triggers only once each turn. Amass Zombies 1. (Put a +1/+1 counter on an Army you control. It's also a Zombie. If you don't control an Army, create a 0/0 black Zombie Army creature token first.) You and permanents you control gain hexproof until end of turn. (You and they can't be the targets of spells or abilities your opponents control.)
Flying Enmitic Exterminator — When Lokhust Heavy Destroyer enters the battlefield, each player sacrifices a creature. Unearth {5}{B}{B}{B} ({5}{B}{B}{B}: Return this card from your graveyard to the battlefield. It gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step or if it would leave the battlefield. Unearth only as a sorcery.)
Midnight Entity — Whenever Midnight Crusader Shuttle attacks, defending player faces a villainous choice — That player sacrifices a creature, or you gain control of a creature of your choice that player controls until end of turn. If you gain control of a creature this way, tap it, and it's attacking that player. Crew 2
Intimidate (This creature can't be blocked except by artifact creatures and/or creatures that share a color with it.) Whenever a Human deals damage to you, destroy it. Other non-Human creatures you control get +1/+1 and have undying. (When a creature with undying dies, if it had no +1/+1 counters on it, return it to the battlefield under its owner's control with a +1/+1 counter on it.)
Whenever you attack, each opponent loses X life and you gain X life, where X is the number of attacking creatures. If Mishra, Claimed by Gix and a creature named Phyrexian Dragon Engine are attacking, and you both own and control them, exile them, then meld them into Mishra, Lost to Phyrexia. It enters the battlefield tapped and attacking.
Permanents you control have "Ward—Sacrifice a permanent." Each artifact card in your graveyard has unearth {1}{B}{R}. ({1}{B}{R}: Return the card from your graveyard to the battlefield. Phalanx Commander — When Royal Warden enters the battlefield, create two tapped 2/2 black Necron Warrior artifact creature tokens. Unearth {3}{B} ({3}{B}: Return this card from your graveyard to the battlefield. It gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step or if it would leave the battlefield. Unearth only as a sorcery.)
Whenever you attack, you may create a tapped and attacking token that's a copy of target attacking legendary creature you control other than Shaun, except it's not legendary and it's a Synth artifact creature in addition to its other types. When Shaun leaves the battlefield, exile all Synth tokens you control.
Swampwalk (This creature can't be blocked as long as defending player controls a Swamp.) At the beginning of your upkeep, return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, that player sacrifices a creature.
Trample, haste Battalion — Whenever Sontaran General and at least two other creatures attack, for each opponent, goad up to one target creature that player controls. Those creatures can't block this turn. (Until your next turn, they attack each combat if able and attack a player other than you if able.)
You may have Spark Double enter the battlefield as a copy of a creature or planeswalker you control, except it enters with an additional +1/+1 counter on it if it's a creature, it enters with an additional loyalty counter on it if it's a planeswalker, and it isn't legendary.
First strike, haste Sanctified Rules of Combat — When Sycorax Commander enters the battlefield, each opponent faces a villainous choice — That opponent discards all the cards in their hand, then draws that many cards minus one, or Sycorax Commander deals damage to that player equal to the number of cards in their hand.
+1: Untap up to two target artifacts. −X: Search your library for an artifact card with mana value X or less, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle. −5: Artifacts you control become artifact creatures with base power and toughness 5/5 until end of turn.
When you cast this spell, gain control of target creature until end of turn. Untap it. It gains menace and haste until end of turn. The Beast enters the battlefield tapped with six stun counters on it. (If it would become untapped, remove a stun counter from it instead.) Whenever a creature deals combat damage to its owner, untap The Beast and draw a card.
Make Them Pay — Whenever a nontoken artifact creature you control dies, you may exile it. If you do, choose an opponent with the most life among your opponents. That player faces a villainous choice — They lose 4 life, or you create a token that's a copy of that card.
{T}: Target creature an opponent controls with power less than or equal to The Master's power gains skulk until end of turn. Goad it. (A creature with skulk can't be blocked by creatures with greater power.) Whenever a creature with skulk deals combat damage to one of your opponents, put a +1/+1 counter on The Master and draw a card.
Indestructible When The One Ring enters the battlefield, if you cast it, you gain protection from everything until your next turn. At the beginning of your upkeep, you lose 1 life for each burden counter on The One Ring. {T}: Put a burden counter on The One Ring, then draw a card for each burden counter on The One Ring.
Whenever The Rani enters the battlefield or attacks, create a red Aura enchantment token named Mark of the Rani attached to another target creature. That token has enchant creature and "Enchanted creature gets +2/+2 and is goaded." Whenever a goaded creature deals combat damage to one of your opponents, investigate.
At the beginning of your upkeep, secretly choose a number between 1 and 5 that hasn't been chosen. If you do, an opponent guesses which number you chose, then you reveal the number you chose. If they guessed wrong, they lose life equal to the number they guessed and you draw a card. If they guessed right, sacrifice The Toymaker's Trap.
Threefold Thunderhulk enters the battlefield with three +1/+1 counters on it. Whenever Threefold Thunderhulk enters the battlefield or attacks, create a number of 1/1 colorless Gnome artifact creature tokens equal to its power. {2}, Sacrifice another artifact: Put a +1/+1 counter on Threefold Thunderhulk.
(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.) I — Urza's Saga gains "{T}: Add {C}." II — Urza's Saga gains "{2}, {T}: Create a 0/0 colorless Construct artifact creature token with 'This creature gets +1/+1 for each artifact you control.'" III — Search your library for an artifact card with mana cost {0} or {1}, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.
When Urza, Lord High Artificer enters the battlefield, create a 0/0 colorless Construct artifact creature token with "This creature gets +1/+1 for each artifact you control." Tap an untapped artifact you control: Add {U}. {5}: Shuffle your library, then exile the top card. Until end of turn, you may play that card without paying its mana cost.
Deal with the Black Guardian — When Vislor Turlough enters the battlefield, you may have an opponent gain control of it. If you do, it's goaded for as long as they control it. At the beginning of your end step, draw a card, then you lose life equal to the number of cards in your hand. Doctor's companion (You can have two commanders if the other is the Doctor.)

Body-print — {2}{U}: Tap another target creature and put a stun counter on it. Zygon Infiltrator becomes a copy of that creature for as long as that creature remains tapped. Activate only as a sorcery. (If a permanent with a stun counter would become untapped, remove one from it instead.)
