With this in mind, I decided to embrace that opposition and build a typal deck that cares about many types. \n\nThis is Volo Humans Tribal (AKA j*b tribal)\n\nBackground choice: Scion of Halaster\nThis choice was notable because Folk Hero exists. I didn't feel like antheming and gaining value through Azorius stax for a win condition was particularly unique for humans decks nor did it seem fun to build. Scion of Halaster, however, gives the ability to play many recursion spells/creatures while also milling through my graveyard faster.\n\nGameplan:\nAll the cards try to contribute to the goal of building up Volo's journal count and drawing a stupid amount of cards each turn to get to our wincon cards.
