Fisher's Talent gives the same feel as Reef Worm while also being much easier to build around. So this is my attempt at a hidden commander deck using that enchantment. Fisher's Talent presents us with three things to focus on when building around it:\n\n1: Being able to find and subsequently protect an enchantment. I'm almost surprised she doesn't also tutor enchantments. Notably, we really want scry in this deck rather than surveil because this is deck that doesn't interact with its graveyard all that much and there is really nothing that we WANT going there. \n\nIn terms of issue number one, the deck has 6 cards that can tutor an enchantment: "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Idyllic Tutor"}},{"insert":", "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Plea for Guidance"}},{"insert":", "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Moon-Blessed Cleric"}},{"insert":", "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Enlightened Tutor"}},{"insert":", "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Sterling Grove"}},{"insert":" and "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Parallel Thoughts"}},{"insert":". With 6 options you are likely to get one in the first 16.5 cards of the deck, meaning you have a decent chance of seeing a tutor fairly quickly. This is compounded with the deck's suite of scry and draw effects. Of course, the deck is also built to be a decent token deck without your hidden commander. Fisher's Talent just takes everything up a further notch. Likewise, the deck also runs several other strong and impactful enchantments so as to not make these tutors dead cards once you do have your hidden commander. \n\nAs far as protection is concerned, "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Sterling Grove"}},{"insert":" is great in that it pulls double duty as both a tutor and a way to protect our most important card. I'm also choosing to run a suite of powerful token-making spells to make sure the deck has powerful things to do regardless of if we have our hidden commander. My favorite of these cards is probably "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Jolrael, Mwonvuli Recluse"}},{"insert":" simply because she can also act as a finisher when games prevent you from making a ton of massive octopi. \n\nHowever, we'd really like to be making every token a fish token and there are two cards in the deck that allow us to do this: "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Maskwood Nexus"}},{"insert":" and "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Arcane Adaptation"}},{"insert":" . The latter is an enchantment that can be tutored up with the same cards that find our hidden commander. Nexus is also the primary reason I included "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Fabricate"}},{"insert":" in the deck as an artifact tutor. \n\nFor the third and final problem, we need to make sure that once we have Fisher's Talent, we are regularly able to trigger its ability to reveal a land and make a token. One initial thing I did to achieve this that is a bit subtler when looking at the deck is that I have no land ramp in this deck. Most green decks prefer to run their "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Rampant Growth"}},{"insert":" and "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Cultivate"}},{"insert":" over mana rocks because lands are simply far safer and less likely to be interacted with than artifacts. However, in this deck we want to keep as many lands in our library as possible with which to trigger Fisher's Talent and thus, signets it is. This is also the reason why we aren't running any lands that fetch. \n\nThe deck also has a scry package. Thankfully, Galadriel has the ability to scry herself but an even better way to scry is at the beginning of our upkeep so we can stack the scry trigger to happen before the trigger from Fisher's Talent.
