{"ops":[{"insert":"This deck is inspired by content creator Ashlizzlle* and her multitude of cookie decks.\nFor those not in the know, cookies is a deck that uses evasive creatures and pump effects to close out the game in a fun way. Version 1 used titular card Tough Cookie (and Gingerbrute) in combination with artifact payoffs. Version 2 used Toph, the Blind Bandit and other earthbending cards to animate lands like Secret Tunnel, and was thusly named Toph Cookie. Version 3, my version, builds around Key to the Side-Door, and has legendary payoffs. It's a bit of a meme, but they all started that way, the biggest thing holding this one back is the quantity of legendary lands. Three Tree City is just a really expensive waste that lets you flex your knowledge of creature types. With the increase of Legendary creatures, hopefully we get a cycle of legendary lands like from kamigawa.\n\nWith that out of the way, this deck has 3 main ways to win:\n1) the deathtouch package can win quickly through Fynn, the Fangbearer\n2) a stompy beatdown with cards like Super Shreader\n3) a more protected win that takes more time with cards like Kid Loki\n\nKey helps with all of these, pivoting into a grindier game and closing out the game with lethal poison/damage. Multiple Keys is very funny, it's like Skull Clamp at home.\nSpecific cards to shout out would be Vraska Joins Up, which ties the deck together by synergising with both Fynn and Loki. Escape Tunnel is mostly there for Bill and Shredder, but it also ties into the theme of the deck. Jitte is really nice when you are low on lands and acts as protection with Loki. Gollum is both fun and pushed.\n\nSideboard:\nsideboarding is weird because it probably makes your key worse, i tried to remedy that by including as few cards a possible, it hurt me on a metaphysical level. On the upside, it is very simple:\nDellian, and Leatherhead, are cards to bring in against control; Hex and Black Sun come in against aggro. The Ooze is a card i was going back and forth on including, but i decided bringing it against landfall and such would be enough.\n\nConsiderations:\ninstead of splashing blue for Loki, a doublestrike legend would probably be better--especially with Jitte--currently the best one is probably Quill-Blade Laureate, which is not legendary.\nif the \"greedy waste\" is pissing you off to much, replace it with 2-3 Ba Sing Ses and some basics\nMalcolm and Bilbo both fit into the category of not being exciting enough, running a fun of Ardyn could be cool though\nExcalibur would make more sense if i maindecked, Dellian and Hex\nGingerbrute is the GOAT, run them if you have more aura than me\n\nalways remember, bread may taste better than key, but nothing tastes better than cook keys #_#\n\n*Only 20 lands, good luck with that :P (curve ends at 2)\n"}]}
