This segued perfectly into cards like "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Wurmcoil Engine"}},{"insert":" and "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Triplicate Titan"}},{"insert":" that both enhance my affinity for artifacts, and are perfect creatures to sac for mana to "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Ashnod's Altar"}},{"insert":" or "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Birthing Pod"}},{"insert":" because I can keep a board state or sacrifice them multiple times for huge bursts of mana. With excess mana from sacrificing multiple copies of "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Su-Chi"}},{"insert":" or using "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Birthing Pod"}},{"insert":" effects on high CMC cards I've cheated out like "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Panther Robot"}},{"insert":" or anything I've given affinity to with "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Mycosynth Golem"}},{"insert":" I can quickly get win-cons and huge beaters like "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Blightsteel Colossus"}},{"insert":" and "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Phyrexian Triniform"}},{"insert":" out much sooner than they should.\n\nOne key part of Elda's text is that she only gives demonstrate to the \"first\" nonlegendary creature I cast each turn, so I added cards like "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Gandalf the White"}},{"insert":" and "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Radagast of Rhosgobel"}},{"insert":" to give my things flash, with added perks like cheaper mana cost and doubled triggers.\n\nWith all this giving, what is left for Elda in the candy basket?
