He's sits in a weird spot where he can be a genuine threat because \"destroy target player\" but also he has no protections and you have to watch me countdown and can just pop him before I loop 1 back to 5. The deck is filled with i believe roughly 10 cards that hit every numeral 1-5 and quite a few more that hit 3+ numerals. So hopefully in practice in ends up being as quick of a countdown as possible. He's also in a weird spot for rakdos where he specifically cares about the cast trigger, so traditional recursion strats don't really help him and its because of that my few recursion tools either add back to my hand or allow me to cast from graveyard, not return to battlefield. And let's be honest he's not legal and if he was, he definitely wouldn't be a compy, so i'm keeping him bracket 2, no game changers. WIZARDS!
