The whole and the sum or whatever the saying goes right? This deck DOES win games and more accurately, accrues value through low key plays and smart removal before hitting a flow state to rival a high school math teacher grading tests on adderall.\n\nStep 1 of 1. Get "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Orvar, the All-Form"}},{"insert":" on board. This is probably my worst deck on the \"How bad does the deck need its commander on board\" Scale, but Orvar is in fact goated and the deck is running at like 60% capacity on a god hand without him. Use your counterspells wisely, never keep a hand without a means to keep Orvar on field, and pray to christ you can bullshit your way into your opponents punching each other because if you get one proc off and copy any merfolk that isnt specifially your draw chumps, you're in the money.\n\nAlso, dont bank on "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Thassa's Oracle"}},{"insert":" winning in this list. She's more of a joke than anything, as a popular myth floating around my LGS is that no deck can play thassa suboptimally and have it be good. Keep your paper up, grind like a motherfucker, and maybe you'll sculpt some banger draws off a devotion 16 Thoracle. \n\nOther than that, this is a good little deck to play against people who don't sweat out of their elbows trying to justify their thousand dollar decks. Play it with your family, play it with your friends, and if you change gears and hate out a combo player play it in a CEDH lobby and kingmake the hell out of them. Good luck boys.\n\n"}]}
