{"ops":[{"insert":"\"Bacteria! The plan now unfolds! Bacteria! We will take over the world!\"\n\n"},{"attributes":{"underline":true},"insert":"Contrary to popular belief, not every commander deck needs to be Bracket 3! Sometimes, Magic: The Gathering can just be a nice lil battle-cruiser synergy slop session that takes an hour and a half to finish! Who needs them fancy-schmancy combo lines and elitist game changers when all you really need is a metric fuck ton of little idiots! And boy howdy, does this deck have a bunch of little idiots. The deck wins in two primary ways:"},{"insert":"\nPunch out the pod with the bajillion tokens you'll be making!"},{"attributes":{"list":"ordered"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"Burn the pod out with the bajillion tokens you'll be making."},{"attributes":{"list":"ordered"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"\n\nThis is my Iroas, God of Victory deck! Iroas is a Boros legendary enchantment god that specializes in aggro, token spam, and burn! It's intended to be a very low-to-the-ground-power deck that aims to be consistent above all else. Like most Boros decks, you're gonna win by smashing face, dealing damage, and removing players from the table. And to be honest, that's all you really can do currently in Boros (and by extension, Iroas). Not to get too off-topic but lowkey bro, the color pairing largely suffers the most through the lens of EDH. In the format, where longevity and consistency are KEY, Boros as an archetype doesn't have the same \"fly-under-the-radar\" capabilities as other colors. This is especially true in a combat focused deck such as Iroas. Now enough with me complaining about Boros, back to the primer. This list is good old fashioned Boros shenanigans. Go-Wide? Yup! Burn! Uhuh! Aggressive playstyle that will ultimately get you \"arch-enemied\" and taken out Old-Yeller style? Hope you're a masochist cause you will be public enemy number one in some pods! A lot of your gameplan is putting early pressure on life totals, cracking back where appropriate, indiscriminately burning, and politicking your opponents. Think of your gameplan like a snowball. You ideally want to vomit tokens out onto the board and keep the pressure building and punches going until all your opponents stop breathing. This can be easily achieved by Iroas's combat-centered abilities. There are a number of good token makers that can assist on bringing your enemies life count to that lovely little number of \"0\". Now for the \"cons\" of this deck. The deck lives and dies due to your board state. \"WOW this deck falls apart to removal?? Such enlightenment! Somebody get this chick on the MTG design team now!\" and yeah, you're right that's lowkey dumb of me to say, but it's true! Over-investing into your board with no engines active or answers in hand will ultimately force you into being like every other red player out there! Hellbent for several turns and wondering why they play red decks! Other colors have the liberty of over-investing or committing without protection and, unfortunately for us Boros-enjoyers, we don't have that liberty. As for poor-matchups, be weary of certain deck archetypes like:\nLifegain - Has the capacity to use your token ETBS to gain life and subsequently outpace any damage or burn you could deal out."},{"attributes":{"list":"bullet"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"Control - Boros lacks in counter magic, so always be ready to hear \"in response...\" and suffer unless you have an answer."},{"attributes":{"list":"bullet"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"Stompy - While this deck is designed to \"go wide\", there is a very high likelihood you won't have the defensive capabilities to handle bigger, stupider idiots being sent your way."},{"attributes":{"list":"bullet"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"\nThat's my Iroas, God of Victory deck! If you want an aggressive and offense-centered playstyle that looks to beat people up, then this list is for you! :333\n\n"}]}
