{"ops":[{"insert":"Hi dev team,\n\nI really love the features you added and the continuous development you are doing, however there is one existing feature that is driving me insane and prevent me from using your site at all. It is that the card preview is being displayed below the mouse pointer.\n\nWhile browsing decks on archidekt (or my own decks), the most common use case is, that I want to have a look at the cards in a given category (in the example below 'Mill'). I place the mouse cursor above the first card in the list and get a preview (see image). However, because the preview is displayed below the mouse pointer, it now completely obscures the next card in the list. What I want is to simply move the mouse pointer to the second item in the list and get a preview. What I have to do is, move the mouse pointer away from the list entirely to close the preview and see the next item in the list again. Then I have to move the mouse pointer to the second item of the list. And if I am not fast enough in placing the mouse pointer at the item I want to see, a preview of another card may be opened and obscure the entire list again. It. Drives. Me. Insane. \n\nA possible solution would be to display the card at the left or right side of the mouse point with a bid of padding. Please have a look at tappedout for how they implemented card previews. They managed to never obscure parts of a deck list with preview images.\n\nKeep up the good work!\n"},{"insert":{"image":"https://i.ibb.co/nb9Nr3w/Screenshot-2020-12-11-at-15-32-09.png"}},{"insert":"\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"First of all, thank you for the kind words and the detailed writeup! I'll start off by saying we definitely agree that having the image preview to the left or right of the card name would be preferable for exactly the reasons you mention. The reason it appears where it does is because in order to interact with a card, a user must be able to move their cursor from the card name to the various buttons on the popup. This gets... fiddly if the image appears to the side of the card since it'd be very easy for the cursor to drift up or down, previewing a different card, on its way over to the intended popup. That all being said, there's definitely a solution out there and we are actively looking to find it. Regardless, thank you for the request! Getting reminders from users about features that are important to them is always appreciated.\n"}]}
