{"ops":[{"insert":"Mobile site is pretty great for the most part, however some of the banner ads have become invasive to the point where they hinder functionality. \nFor example, a lot of the recent ads have been covering the bottom toolbar, without a visible “x” to close the ad. This makes it impossible sometimes to access the toolbar or exit out of menus without refreshing the page. It happens quite often on my end, I don’t know if other users have experienced this. \nFor context, I’m using the iOS version of Google Chrome\n\nI don’t generally mind seeing ads, but I don’t want them to hinder the actual functionality of the site.\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"First of all, I sincerely apologize for for the ad trouble. We recently switched ad providers and have been working through some associated growing pains.\n\nThe issue you're describing with the bottom toolbar being covered on mobile was one of the biggest issues we had for a while because we're being served ads taller than the height we've requested. However, within the last few days, we were able to get an X added to the top right of those ads that should close them entirely. \n\nIf you're not seeing that X, would you mind posting a screenshot here or emailing it to me at contact@archidekt.com? Furthermore, if you can find the report button, you should be able to report the ad for covering site content which will make it easier for our provider to find and remove. That said, if an ad isn't appearing with the X, I wouldn't be shocked if it doesn't have the report button either. \n\nRegardless, I'm sorry for the poor experience. Please know we're still working diligently to clean these issues up and sincerely appreciate the time spent helping us identify them. \n"}]}
