AutoSave

{"ops":[{"insert":"Had you saved manually at all during that time? Autosave is still indeed in the works, but I'd absolutely recommend tapping the save icon every once in a while if you're sitting down for a long brewing session. Regardless, I apologize for the frustration! Definitely not the user experience we're looking to facilitate here. \n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"If you are worried about hammering people's plan, I think you should make it an option for people to enable. I have had several occasions that I closed the laptop and the whole deck was gone. The same obviously happens with Tappedout, but the interface makes me save often because I cannot see the decklist in a overview before I save. \n\nThe nice thing about Archidekt is the fact that you can instantly see the cards as the deck when you add them, which gives you the feeling the deck has been saved, while in reality this is on the case. To be fair, out of a UX stand-point should should or make it very clear on the page you still have to save or just make an option to auto save. And I am in huge favor of the auto save option.\n\nI am curious in what way you are hammering people's data plan with auto saving though. How much data is really being saved? I would assume it's kilobyte's? I might we wrong obviously :-) \n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"This is something we've talked about a lot. The issue is we're concerned about hammering peoples data plans on mobile right now. Idk if that's actually a concern, but it is something we think about. What we'll probably do is when we implement some kind of history of a deck feature, or versioning, or something like that then we'll do autosaving because we'll just keep track of all of the changes. \n\ntl;dr we'll probably do it at some point, it's just not on our short list of things to do quite yet.\n\nThanks for the feedback!\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"Just want to +1 this as a highly relevant feature to me. This is easily the biggest burden to my use of the site especially on mobile and cross-platform between mobile and desktop. Auto-save is just my expected behavior for a modern website. Archidekt is the only modern-feeling deckbuilder, this can help it feel a little more modern.\n\nWhere it really hurts is I find myself making Scratch lists of cards as a memory bank while exploring on Scryfall or looking at card recommendations. I like a card, add it to Scratch list, and forget about it til I review the Scratch list. I will add several cards to a big list of cards, forget to save, and progress is lost, and I've probably forgotten about the card entirely by the time I notice I've forgotten to save.\n\nNew participant, not sure if bumping old threads is against the rules, preemptively sorry if so. :)\n"}]}
