[Suggestion/Bug] Add 'Not' Logic to Color Selection in Advanced Search

 avatar
{"ops":[{"insert":"Would it be possible to add 'not' logic when selecting colors for cards in the advanced search fields? Either that, or something seems to be bugged with the 'and' and 'or' logic. For example, if I filter for legendary creatures that are white, blue, and black, but not red and green, "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Atogatog"}},{"insert":" still shows up, even though it is a five-color card. Having not selected red or green for colors with the 'and' option selection would suggest to me that it would not include cards with red or green in them, but that doesn't appear to be what's happening. \n\nRelated to search functionality, would it be possible to add more 'inputs' to the text box search feature? I.e. I could search for cards with 'flying' and 'vigilance'.\n\nIf either of theae are already features and I'm just an idiot, feel free to let me know! Either way, love the site! <3\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"As for the color logic, we do not have that in there at the moment for fear of confusing the average user. If you toggle over to syntax search, you can do this with Scryfall's search of which there's a link to the guide with that search.\n\nAs for searching multiple things in text you could also do this with the syntax search, but if you want to do it with our regular search you can actually accomplish this by putting quotations around to search terms and separating them by a space like so:\n\n\"flying\" \"vigilance\"\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"Thanks so much for the reply! As a developer myself, I totally get not wanting to confuse the user. Thanks for the tips about syntax search and using quotes on search terms!\n"}]}
