Small tweaks to Playtester Pop-out

{"ops":[{"insert":"Morning! Was messing around with using OBS and playtester popout to some great effect, but noticed a small thing that I think could be tweaked.\n\nThe popout window allows for the page to go into 'hidden mode' in Chrome Page Lifecycle State if you have active full screen covering it. As such, it won't live update, until you somehow move that page into either an active state or passive state (e.g. bring the playtester tab back to the front, OR hover over the Chrome group in the task bar. Another way to force the page into passive is to say, put a non-maximized window above it, and have a sliver of page showing.\n\nAnyway, as I understand it, this isn't something that we can control force on the user side in Chrome, but rather something within the development of the page. I understand that it also adds more resources used to the system.\n\nUse case for this is, you don't need a dedicated screen to JUST the pop-out window, or you don't have to do any non-optimized usage workarounds. The added step of running a non-maximized window is sort of a chore, and non readily intuitive.\n\nChrome "},{"attributes":{"color":"#5f6368"},"insert":"Version 107.0.5304.88 (Official Build) (64-bit)"},{"insert":"\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"Unfortunately so far as I know there is nothing we can do to fix that as it's a resource saving measure that's different between browsers and whatever OS you're using. I'd love to be wrong here, but so far as I understand it there isn't anything we can do about it.\n\nI did find "},{"attributes":{"link":"https://support.google.com/chrome/thread/76386937?hl=en"},"insert":"this post"},{"insert":" in the google chrome support forums that suggests turning off a specific flag to get the behavior you want. I can't test it personally as I don't have a windows machine handy, but I had Jeremy tested it and he said it does the behavior you're looking for. Hope this helps!\n"}]}
