Sort/filter decks by price

{"ops":[{"insert":"We definitely are planning on doing this in a future update. Unfortunately it's not exactly an easy thing to do as we either have to calculate that price on the fly or keep it updated as card prices update. We're still trying to decide the best way to implement this.\n"}]}
