Do custom cards have an option for color identity?

(eg: If a custom card had something like devoid).\n\nThat card would never work anyway without screaming since the legendary artifact in the command zone will always make the legality checker freak out (since the legality check couldn't know that that card is legal given the custom commander you have set). \n\nMy recommendation would be to set the deck to a custom format which avoids legality checking altogether. \n"}]}
