4 years{"ops":[{"insert":"Hi there! So you should be able to import a CSV like this by manually setting the columns on the import page to align with whatever your file looks like. Since we're a small team of 2 devs (with other jobs to boot), it's unfortunately not practical for us to try and keep up with what other sites and apps are doing with their export files. For this reason, we've purposefully built our importer to be agnostic so that most any sort of CSV can be accepted by adjusting your settings at import. Essentially, we'd love to have a direct import option for every other site and scanner app out there, but it would not be a responsible use of our development time to make sure it's maintained. \n\nI hope you can appreciate our reasoning on this, and please let me know if you have any difficulty getting the import set up for that CSV! \n"}]}

xMythx 4 years{"ops":[{"insert":"Oh completely understand! The first message contained a portion of an SCV that was unable to be imported with most of the selections being ignored (there is 13). I was able to export a more condensed SCV with only 5 portions with Helvault and that worked. Not sure why it wasn't able to be imported. Thanks!\n"}]}
