4 years{"ops":[{"insert":"If your search is set to \"Commander/EDH\" for the format, Upheaval will not appear because it is banned in commander. If you'd like to put it in your deck anyway, under \"Advanced\" search options, you can change \"Commander/EDH\" to \"All Formats\" and then cards that are not legal in EDH will appear in searches as well. Just be aware that any banned card in your deck will appear with a red border around it so long as your deck itself is set to be Commander/EDH. This can be adjusted from your deck settings if you so choose. Hope this clears things up! \n"}]}
