Infinite Combo Bracket Bug?

 avatar
{"ops":[{"insert":"Here is my decklist: https://archidekt.com/decks/15136987\nArchidekt is saying that my deck is a 4 (its really a 2) because it has multiple \"infinite combos.\" It lists all the cards that mill players by half their library or mass mill (which I dont think constitutes bracket 4). I am not running any bruvac effects and nothing doubles mill. Commander Spell book cannot detect any combos. Is this a bug or am I blind?\n\nAm I missing something?\n\nThanks in advance\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"From the bracket estimation page, there are links to see details regarding the combos in your deck. I see three in there from our Commander Spellbook data. The ones that we're considering \"infinite\" are the ones that kill a player with a half library mill card + "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Keening Stone"}},{"insert":". \n\nWe err on the side of considering everything as early game for the sake of bracket estimation, encouraging players to adjust accordingly if they disagree. In this instance, I'd 100% consider those Keening Stone combos late game, making your deck Bracket 3 at highest. \n\nThat said, if you feel like your deck plays more like a 2 and don't expect to be taking players out out of nowhere with Keening Stone combos, that sounds reasonable to me too! But as far as the estimator goes, it seems to be working as intended here.\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"Thanks for the help! I cut keening stone and now archidekt agrees with me. I guess since its not technically \"infinite\" spell book didnt pick it up.\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"Only thing i can see is that its counting your mill half cards as combos with each other. Which they do, one mills half the other mills the other half. Now theres an argument to be made if they are late game or not but its at least bracket 3\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"The math on that doesnt work. If you have 70 cards in your library and I mill half, then you have 35 left. When I mill you again for half you go to 18 or 17 (whether you round up or down)\n\nWhich is no doubtably good, but its not an infinite or 2 card combo. \n"}]}
