Feature Request: Have a designated area for decks with descriptions

Would it be possible to make a area, either on the home page or in a separate page, to have these decks separated to allow users to find them more easily? These could be separated either by simply counting the characters in the deck description or by having some sort of verification process to grant users who would like to post to this separate category, or have an option in the deck building that users can select to opt in for specific decks. I want to clarify that this suggestion isn't to remove or hide decks that don't include descriptions, as I believe that the challenge of figuring out how a deck works on your own is fun, but to highlight decks that users put extra effort into adding a description to.
