If this happens with a card not in the commander category, you should be able to remove one of those entries (both will appear to disappear), save, reload, and have just a single entry of the card remaining. Duplicated cards in the commander category are a little trickier (a work-around is detailed in the first post of "},{"attributes":{"link":"https://www.archidekt.com/forum/thread/942105/1"},"insert":"this thread"},{"insert":") though it looks like that isn't an issue in the deck you've linked, fortunately.\n\nRegardless, I apologize for the inconvenience.
