If this happens with a card not in the commander category, you should be able to remove one of these entries (both will appear to disappear), save, reload, and have just a single entry of the card remaining. Fixing a duplication in the commander category is a bit trickier, but the steps below should get you there until we get a fix patched in:\nDrag one of the commanders to another category. Once you do this, both entries will temporarily disappear.
