{"ops":[{"insert":"In the sorting drop-down there are two tags that allow for cards to be sorted by category: Categories and Categories (multiple). These tags allow the user to see their deck in the default category set (Category) and all the possible categories attached to a card (Categories Multiple). Could we adjust Categories to Categories (primary) and add a Categories (secondary) tag? This will allow people to organize deck building in two different methods without have to see cards duplicated, like we see with Categories (multiple). \n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"Categories (multiple) is built the way that it is because that's what users wanted (and to my knowledge still want) when we added the feature five years ago. People like the duplication, that's kinda the whole point. I wouldn't want to change that behavior since it'll cause a significant brewing experience change to the many users who like it how it is.\n\nI wouldn't be opposed to adding another group by for categories (secondary), though I suspect it'd be a fairly odd layout. We wouldn't want to hide cards that only exist in a single category, so we'd probably just group them into an \"single category\" group. But even then, what do we do with cards that have 3,4,5+ categories on them? I think we'd still want to show duplicates of those cards since all secondary categories are treated equally.\n\nYea, I'm just not sure I can quite invision what you've got cooking here. What problem are we trying to solve?\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"MY GOAL: I am trying to look at my decks in two ways without cards being listed multiple times.\n\nThe first method I want to use to list my decks by card type (specifically in Commander). The traditional list of Commander, Artifact, Creature, Enchantment, Instant, Land, Sorcery, etc. I would like to have that easily accessible, but also change the look of the page layout to match the current deck building guide categories that I am moving to use (principally the categories I saw on Command Zone): Card Advantage, Lands, Mass Disruption, Plan Cards, Ramp, and Targeted Disruption. Individuals could label cards how they want in whatever concept they wanted over two layouts. My suggestion would not remove Categories (multiple) but only change Categories to Categories (primary) and add Categories (secondary). I do not multi-label my lands unless they are MDFCs but they could be listed in a faded manner to show their existence. My hope was not to have cards listed twice over the same layout. There may be another means that I can attain my goal or maybe there is some way I can adjust Categories (multiple) that you can suggest.\n\nI did not expect such a prompt response or a response by Archidekt itself. That adds to why I like this site so much. \n\nThank you for your time!\n"}]}
