{"ops":[{"insert":"Is the price optimizer broken? or am I not using it properly. I was making a deck for a budget league I am part of and after getting a list of cards together, Selected all of them and optimized price printings, however I noticed some cards where suspisiously expensive. and discovered that the optimizer's potential error. For example, a card like \" Alesha, Who Laughs at Fate\" , the optimizer suggests a normal, nonfoil printing of the card which is priced at 0.69 , however, there is a version of it on CK site which is the normal foil version, being sold at 0.49. However, the optimizer is unable to recognize that. The optimizer settings im using are \"Cheapest\", None, None, Unchecked, and \"use existing foil and non foil status\" (which is swapped around between that and other to force to foil and etc, it made no difference.) Can someone help me understand how to resolve this, my goal is to be able to press the optimizer and find the LOWEST POSSIBLE price of a card regardless of remaining stock, or printing (on my desired site.) \nThanks :^)\n\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"Unfortunately this is a limitation of how we're ordering card data internally, so I don't think there's an easy fix for this. The reason for this is because when we're running an optimization, we're doing so on the default price for a card. The default price for a card is either a cards non foil price, or it's foil price if it doesn't have a non foil option (this is precalculated). Needing to order all card foil and non foil pricing before order all of the cards themselves has the potential to slow down the way ordering cards by price works. \n\nI'll see if there's anything I can do client though, there may be a bandaid fix that'll help prevent this from coming up. \n"}]}
