The way this would be implemented is by adding the option to your preferences and then, whenever a search is done, checking your preferences to see if it should influence the results provided. Stuff like this "},{"attributes":{"italic":true},"insert":"can"},{"insert":" slow searches down, so we have to be picky about what we add in. Regardless, I love the idea (it's something I would use myself!) and will definitely put it down as a feature to look into. Thank you for the suggestion! \n"}]}
