+1: Create a 2/3 blue and black Nightmare creature token with "Whenever this creature attacks or blocks, each opponent exiles the top two cards of their library." −3: Return target nonland permanent to its owner's hand, then that player exiles a card from their hand. −7: You may cast up to three spells from among face-up cards your opponents own from exile without paying their mana costs.
+2: Exile the top three cards of target opponent's library. −X: Put a creature card with mana value X exiled with Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver onto the battlefield under your control. That creature is a Nightmare in addition to its other types. −10: Exile all cards from all opponents' hands and graveyards.
If you would pay life while your library has at least that many cards in it, exile that many cards from the top of your library instead. +1: Look at the top two cards of your library. Exile one of them and put the other into your hand. −2: Create two 1/1 black Nightmare creature tokens with "At the beginning of combat on your turn, if a card was put into exile this turn, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature." −7: Target player exiles the top X cards of their library, where X is the total mana value of cards you own in exile.
Each nonland card in your hand without foretell has foretell. Its foretell cost is equal to its mana cost reduced by {2}. (During your turn, you may pay {2} and exile it from your hand face down. Cast it on a later turn for its foretell cost.) Whenever you foretell a card, Dream Devourer gets +2/+0 until end of turn.
Deathtouch When Gonti, Lord of Luxury enters, look at the top four cards of target opponent's library, exile one of them face down, then put the rest on the bottom of that library in a random order. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast that spell.
(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.) I — Each player mills four cards. Then you may exile a creature or planeswalker card from each graveyard. II, III — Until end of turn, you may cast spells from among cards exiled with King Narfi's Betrayal, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells.
Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell, exile it instead of putting it into a graveyard as it resolves. {X}, {T}, Sacrifice Rod of Absorption: You may cast any number of spells from among cards exiled with Rod of Absorption with total mana value X or less without paying their mana costs.
Flying Whenever Thief of Sanity deals combat damage to a player, look at the top three cards of that player's library, exile one of them face down, then put the rest into their graveyard. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast that spell.

Arvinox, the Mind Flail isn't a creature unless you control three or more permanents you don't own. At the beginning of your end step, exile the bottom card of each opponent's library face down. For as long as those cards remain exiled, you may look at them, you may cast permanent spells from among them, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells.
Silent Hallcreeper can't be blocked. Whenever Silent Hallcreeper deals combat damage to a player, choose one that hasn't been chosen — • Put two +1/+1 counters on Silent Hallcreeper. • Draw a card. • Silent Hallcreeper becomes a copy of another target creature you control.
When Starving Revenant enters, surveil 2. Then for each card you put on top of your library, you draw a card and you lose 3 life. Descend 8 — Whenever you draw a card, if there are eight or more permanent cards in your graveyard, target opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.
