{"ops":[{"insert":"Laides and gentleman, boys and gals who looooove the smell of gasoline! Wanna join the death race ofyour lives? Wanna play cardboard twisted metal? Then this here deck just found it's new pilot! Hop on and enjoy the ride.\n\n4 Better of 4 Worse"},{"attributes":{"header":2},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"\nVehicles are fun, at least for me. They are artifacts and creatures, but not necessarily at the same time and can pack an amaing punch if you have enough pilots to take them to opponent'sfacetown. This deck doesn't aim to do anything crazy with this mechanic, let's just play some casual edh with fun cards that often get thrown under the bus (get it?) because of the need for tapping creatures in order to acces their value. As you can see clearly by the categories, the deck has not that many vehicles compared to other brews, but has a ton of cards thar search vehicles, facilitate crewing them and helps them pack a slightlystronger punch. This has a few advantagens, but mostly, comes from a tempo philosophy that i like to add onto my decks. Packing too much of a strong punch can turn you in to the threat and the need to have pilots to make your vehicles useful makes you very vulnerable to an extent, also, waiting to long is never a good idea for \"attack you till you die strategies\", so making sure you have the right tools and ways to engage in the mess just when your window opens is crucial.\n\nThe commander choice, although a little unorthodox, is very simple to understand. This deck is bracket 2 at it's core, it's made to be played in low power games because... IT'S GODDAM VEHICLES FOR FORD'S SAKE! Having acces to all the colors that actually care about vehicles allow us to play into this midrange oriented playstile without having to fill the deck with subpar vehicles. Again, you don't need 8 vehicles on the board to win, 4 great vehicles and support early enough to take your opponents by surprise is often times more efficient and demands less pilots or cards that facilitate crewing them. What all that has to do with "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Aragorn, King of Gondor"}},{"insert":" ? Well, read the card and you'll notice that it's a turn blockers off button, also known as, amazing support. He also doubles as a monarch introduction to the game wich gives you card draw and a political advantage by negotiating your monarch status with people who wants cards, a neat political trick you shoud try. Having Aragorn in the command zone also allows you to forgo of multiple combat steps, wich i consider too strong for bracket 2, and still have a reliable enabler for a final lap towards victory.\n\nAnd you Don't stop, you don't stop?"},{"attributes":{"header":2},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"\nThe main cards on the deck you should prioritize are the crew enablers. "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Chandra, Spark Hunter"}},{"insert":" is an absolute menace for it's value generating and free crew every turn from the get go, "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Kolodin, Triumph Caster"}},{"insert":" also helps you develop as a threat faster, so be careful when givin haste to your hot wheels. "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Astor, Bearer of Blades"}},{"insert":" is very helpful with the crew discount and acts as a searcher as well and "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Kotori, Pilot Prodigy"}},{"insert":" can give a considerable discount while pumping your big boy toys. "},{"insert":{"card-link":"The Antiquities War"}},{"insert":" , although slow, is one of the cards on this deck that can help you get a quick elimination on someone that doesn't know how powerfuls vehicles can be, but "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Cyberdrive Awakener"}},{"insert":" and "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Start Your Engines"}},{"insert":" end up beign the true finishers of the deck, specially when you can play them alongside Mr. Middle-Earth himself. \n\n"},{"insert":{"card-link":"Tezzeret the Seeker"}},{"insert":", altough expensive, has three functional abilities in the deck with the first one beign the less useful, unless you have mana rocks on. I recommend using the second ability to generate value instead of searching for big vehicles, so "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Sol Ring"}},{"insert":", "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Enthusiastic Mechanaut"}},{"insert":", "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Mobilizer Mech"}},{"insert":" and "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Swiftfoot Boots"}},{"insert":" are my go to choices, with "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Guidelight Matrix"}},{"insert":" deserving some consideration as well if you find yourself in dire straits. The last ability, is a great way to finish the game as well, but don't be greedy, sometimes searching for value and untapping rocks to develop further the board is worth it. You win races by getting to the end first and, sometimes, this means knowing when to push the brakes. Another great card on the deck is our old pit stop short king "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Oswald Fiddlebender"}},{"insert":"! The deck has a smooth artifact curve that ends on "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Parhelion II"}},{"insert":", arguably one of the coolest vehicles ever printed. We don't have that much recursion, just one card actually, but it's "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Dance of the Manse"}},{"insert":", so... yay! To tell the truth, i think this deck is fast enough to not need that many recursion, i often times survive boardwipes because of vehicles not beign creatures and people beign scared of blowing their mana rocks. But you could run more recursion if you wanna be responsible while... playing magic... with vehicles... and BLOODY ARAGORN KING OF GONDOR THROW THE RECURSION AWAY AND STEER THE WHEEL TOWARDS VICTORY YOU MAGGOT!! WITNEEEEESS MEEE!!\n\nPassin' me by"},{"attributes":{"header":2},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"\nThat's all for today folks. A very simple, straightforward bracket 2 decks to play in your low power tables or with your friends who just got into the game. This is also a very fine first deck and i always have a great time playing it. Even tough it's not astonishingly complex, it has interesting choices related to how fast you wanna wrap things up and who to target when you turn the blockers off. Enjoy the ride!\n"}]}
