Description
{"ops":[{"insert":"This is a polymorph deck built to abuse Jeleva's enter the battlefield after cast from command zone trigger. There are only a handful of creatures in the deck and each of them are extremely problematic for the table to deal with. This deck will very quickly pivot into archenemy status so be ready for lots of attention and attempts at removing your problem permanents.\n\nThe game plan is pretty simple. Cast "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge"}},{"insert":", get her killed and then recast her again and again. There are no combos in this deck for crazy looping. The wincon is a simple "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Skull Storm"}},{"insert":". Cast Jeleva 5 times in the game and cast a skull storm on a freshly wiped board and all of your opponents go from 40 to 0. Skull storm can be brutal post board wipe with just casting Jeleva twice. This gives you 3 total copies of skull storm, halving opponents life 3 times (40 to 20 to 10). My personal fav is to cast skull storm and get 2 or 3 copies with it knocking opponents down. This partly serves to cripple your opponents by exiling many of their best resources. By the time you are paying 10 ana to cast her you will have exiled 28 cards from the top of each player's library. Additionally, when you exile these cards, you get access to any instants and sorceries among them. This is nice and all, but not the main focus. She has to attack for you to cast them and that is most often going to be th eturn after she hits the field and when you do it is only one card you get to cast. \n\nThe cards in this deck are all there to usually wipe the board so you have to recast her or more mana (and more cards) or cards that draw you more cards and give you more treasure for recasting her again or actual polymorph effects to get you into your big mana problem creatures.\n\nThe polymorph game plan is there to keep opponents off guard and unable to easily mount an offense against you:\n\n"},{"insert":{"card-link":"Toxrill, the Corrosive"}},{"insert":" is an ongoing wrath that opponents cannot let sit on the field"},{"attributes":{"list":"bullet"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":{"card-link":"Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant"}},{"insert":" shuts down most of opponents offensive efforts and doubles the effect of the spells you cast"},{"attributes":{"list":"bullet"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":{"card-link":"Kaervek the Merciless"}},{"insert":" turns every spell your opponets cast into removal for you"},{"attributes":{"list":"bullet"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":{"card-link":"Prince of Thralls"}},{"insert":" helps you make use of any permanents that die on opponent's boards"},{"attributes":{"list":"bullet"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":{"card-link":"Brainstealer Dragon"}},{"insert":" continues to eat away at opponent resources from their library"},{"attributes":{"list":"bullet"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"\n This deck will likely not make you many friends since all of it revolves around denying your opponents from doing anything other than trying to prevent you from progressing and your progress evolves from simply casting your commander over and over.\n\n\n"}]}
