Islandwalk (This creature can't be blocked as long as defending player controls an Island.) Merfolk spells and Wizard spells you cast cost {1} less to cast.

Flash Creature cards you own that aren't on the battlefield have flash. Each opponent can cast spells only any time they could cast a sorcery.

When Thassa's Oracle enters the battlefield, look at the top X cards of your library, where X is your devotion to blue.
