Description

{"ops":[{"insert":"Dr. Who sans black deck. Could easily swap Rose Noble for Clara Oswald as commander if you want to incorporate black in your own build. The deck has a few different things it can do to win. The first is to just create enough of a value engine through the Doctors triggered abilities to win through combat damage. Almost every spell in the deck is played from outside of the hand and there are many enablers for suspend, cascade, flashback etc. It is also possible to set up very simple softlocks and value engines by using cards that suspend themselves for multiple uses, like Chronomantic Escape, and removing the suspended tokens quickly through Time Beetle, Rotating Fireplace, or similar. Finally, if the opponents wall you or you just get the right boardstate for it, you can always try to combo-out and win on the spot with Gallifrey Stands. The deck is not optimized for the fastest wins or most aggressive gameplan, as we favored flavor over efficiency, but it is surprisingly strong and fun to pilot.\n"}]}
