Flying, trample Whenever Hellkite Tyrant deals combat damage to a player, gain control of all artifacts that player controls. At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control twenty or more artifacts, you win the game.

Ascend (If you control ten or more permanents, you get the city's blessing for the rest of the game.) Other artifact creatures you control get +2/+2 as long as you have the city's blessing. At the beginning of each upkeep, create a 1/1 colorless Gnome artifact creature token.

When Myr Battlesphere enters the battlefield, create four 1/1 colorless Myr artifact creature tokens. Whenever Myr Battlesphere attacks, you may tap X untapped Myr you control. If you do, Myr Battlesphere gets +X/+0 until end of turn and deals X damage to the player or planeswalker it's attacking.

Flash You may cast colorless spells as though they had flash. Whenever you cast a colorless spell, until end of turn, Skittering Cicada gains trample and gets +X/+X, where X is that spell's mana value.
