Artifact
Each nonland card in your hand without foretell has foretell. Its foretell cost is equal to its mana cost reduced by {2}. (During your turn, you may pay {2} and exile it from your hand face down. Cast it on a later turn for its foretell cost.) Whenever you foretell a card, Dream Devourer gets +2/+0 until end of turn.

Investigator's Journal enters the battlefield with a number of suspect counters on it equal to the greatest number of creatures a player controls. {2}, {T}, Remove a suspect counter from Investigator's Journal: Draw a card. {2}, Sacrifice Investigator's Journal: Draw a card.
Carrots
Enchant creature Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 and is goaded. (It attacks each combat if able and attacks a player other than you if able.) Whenever enchanted creature attacks, each other creature that's attacking one of your opponents gets +1/+1 until end of turn.
Commander creatures you own have "When this creature enters the battlefield and at the beginning of your upkeep, each player may put two +1/+1 counters on a creature they control. For each opponent who does, you gain protection from that player until your next turn." (You can't be targeted, dealt damage, or enchanted by anything controlled by that player.)

Indestructible When Barbed Servitor enters the battlefield, suspect it. (It has menace and can't block.) Whenever Barbed Servitor deals combat damage to a player, you draw a card and you lose 1 life. Whenever Barbed Servitor is dealt damage, target opponent loses that much life.
Flying Sanctuary Warden enters the battlefield with two shield counters on it. Whenever Sanctuary Warden enters the battlefield or attacks, you may remove a counter from a creature or planeswalker you control. If you do, draw a card and create a 1/1 green and white Citizen creature token.

Deathtouch When Gonti, Lord of Luxury enters the battlefield, look at the top four cards of target opponent's library, exile one of them face down, then put the rest on the bottom of that library in a random order. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast it.
Defender When Wall of Mourning enters the battlefield, exile a card from the top of your library face down for each opponent you have. Coven — At the beginning of your end step, if you control three or more creatures with different powers, put a card exiled with Wall of Mourning into its owner's hand.

Flying Landfall — Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, you may exile target nonland permanent other than Admonition Angel. When Admonition Angel leaves the battlefield, return all cards exiled with it to the battlefield under their owners' control.
Flying (This creature can't be blocked except by creatures with flying or reach.) When Aegis Angel enters the battlefield, another target permanent gains indestructible for as long as you control Aegis Angel. (Effects that say "destroy" don't destroy it. A creature with indestructible can't be destroyed by damage.)
Flying Whenever a source an opponent controls deals damage to Archfiend of Spite, that source's controller loses that much life unless they sacrifice that many permanents. Madness {3}{B}{B} (If you discard this card, discard it into exile. When you do, cast it for its madness cost or put it into your graveyard.)
Whenever Rakshasa Debaser attacks, put target creature card from defending player's graveyard onto the battlefield under your control. Encore {6}{B}{B} ({6}{B}{B}, Exile this card from your graveyard: For each opponent, create a token copy that attacks that opponent this turn if able. They gain haste. Sacrifice them at the beginning of the next end step. Activate only as a sorcery.)
Flying, vigilance When Twilight Shepherd enters the battlefield, return to your hand all cards in your graveyard that were put there from the battlefield this turn. Persist (When this creature dies, if it had no -1/-1 counters on it, return it to the battlefield under its owner's control with a -1/-1 counter on it.)

Draw Options
Exile the top three cards of your library in a face-down pile, then exile the top three cards of your library in another face-down pile. Look at the cards in each pile, then turn a pile of your choice face up. An opponent chooses one of those piles. Put all cards in the chosen pile into your hand and the rest into your graveyard. You lose 3 life.

If you control a commander as you cast this spell, you may choose both. • Each opponent sacrifices a creature they control with the greatest power. • Exile all opponents' graveyards, then create X 0/1 black Thrull creature tokens, where X is the greatest power among creature cards exiled this way.

As Citadel Siege enters the battlefield, choose Khans or Dragons. • Khans — At the beginning of combat on your turn, put two +1/+1 counters on target creature you control. • Dragons — At the beginning of combat on each opponent's turn, tap target creature that player controls.
Enchant creature an opponent controls When enchanted creature dies, exile cards equal to its power from the top of its owner's library. You may cast spells from among those cards for as long as they remain exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast them.
{B}: Endling gains menace until end of turn. {B}: Endling gains deathtouch until end of turn. {B}: Endling gains undying until end of turn. (When this creature dies, if it had no +1/+1 counters on it, return it to the battlefield under its owner's control with a +1/+1 counter on it.) {1}: Endling gets +1/-1 or -1/+1 until end of turn.
Flying Mentor (Whenever this creature attacks, put a +1/+1 counter on target attacking creature with lesser power.) Whenever a nontoken creature you control dies, if it had counters on it, create X tapped 2/1 white and black Inkling creature tokens with flying, where X is the number of counters it had on it.
Enchant creature Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 for each +1/+1 counter on other creatures you control. Enchanted creature has vigilance and "{W}, {T}: Bolster 1." (To bolster 1, choose a creature with the least toughness among creatures you control and put a +1/+1 counter on it.)
Flying Whenever you draw your second card each turn, put a +1/+1 counter on Gurgling Anointer. When Gurgling Anointer dies, return another target creature card with mana value less than or equal to Gurgling Anointer's power from your graveyard to the battlefield.
If you would put one or more counters on a creature or planeswalker you control or on yourself, put that many plus one of each of those kinds of counters on that permanent or player instead. Choose a Background (You can have a Background as a second commander.)
Politics Options
At the beginning of your end step, for each player, put a +1/+1 counter on up to one target creature that player controls. Each creature with one or more counters on it can't attack you or planeswalkers you control unless its controller pays {X}, where X is the number of counters on that creature.

Reanimate
All Nightmares get +1/+1. {B}{B}{B}, Pay 3 life: Put target creature card from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control. That creature is black and is a Nightmare in addition to its other creature types. When Chainer, Dementia Master leaves the battlefield, exile all Nightmares.
Removal Options
When Citizen's Crowbar enters the battlefield, create a 1/1 green and white Citizen creature token, then attach Citizen's Crowbar to it. Equipped creature gets +1/+1 and has "{W}, {T}, Sacrifice Citizen's Crowbar: Destroy target artifact or enchantment." Equip {2} ({2}: Attach to target creature you control. Equip only as a sorcery.)
Choose two — • Put two +1/+1 counters on up to one creature. It gains lifelink until end of turn. • Destroy each creature with power 2 or less. • Return up to two creature cards from your graveyard to your hand. • Each opponent sacrifices a creature with the highest power among creatures they control.
As an additional cost to cast this spell, you may exile any number of black cards from your hand. This spell costs {2} less to cast for each card exiled this way. March of Wretched Sorrow deals X damage to target creature or planeswalker and you gain X life.
