Creatures you control have prowess.
Whenever Narset, Enlightened Exile attacks, exile target noncreature, nonland card with mana value less than Narset's power from a graveyard and copy it. You may cast the copy without paying its mana cost.

The Tenth Doctor

Allons-y! — Whenever you attack, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card. Put three time counters on it. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend.
