Description
{"ops":[{"insert":"Grandmother Goby? That card sucks!\n\nMaybe.... maybe not. \n\nAll I know is I will be planning on creating as many copies of her as humanly possible while putting pieces out on the board that allow me to still cast my spells and stop her from countering them. \nWe want as many Grandmother Gobys as possible so we can create as many merfolk tokens as possible and then win the game by making them unblockable or giving them haste. \nWe are including extra turn cards to ensure we can wipe out all of our friends at once, can't have anyone trying to put an end to our merfolk army after taking out just one person.\n\nTutor cards are gonna have you searching for either Mirror Box so we can utilize copy cards that don't create 'non-legendary' copies to make more grannies. OR for Chimil, the Inner Sun which makes our spells uncounterable. Otherwise the plan is to draw cards until we hit our essential 'spells cant be countered' pieces and then we can start getting real value from our spells! \n\nIt's gonna be slow, but once it gets rolling it is hard to stop. I set out to make a weird mono-blue deck that doesn't use any counterspells and this was the result! (There are still ways to counter people's spells, don't worry. They are few and far between but they are in here.) \n\nAlso, snow-covered islands + Extraplanar Lens = only WE get any value from Extraplaner Lens. All the other blue players at the table will have to sit back and watch you tap your snow-covered for 2 mana each while they still only get 1 >:)\n\nGo-Wide Blue, made possible by the merfolk granny!\n"}]}
